Seva Reizen Ticket to India Raffle rules and conditions

 

  1. Put a picture you made in India on our sevareizen.nl blog with a short description and you will receive a unique raffle number in our database.

  2. It is not allowed to participate with multiple email adresses. The name and surname given when signing up to our newsletter will be used for identification.

  3. On december 23, 2009 at 10 in the morning, a computer will randomly select the winning raffle number.

  4. The same day we will announce the winner on our website. Additionally we will inform the winner by email.

  5. Goal of this raffle is to create an active blog on our sevareizen.nl website. If we suspect misuse of this raffle (in the context of the mentioned goal) we can disqualify the raffle numbers of the participant.

  6. The maximum price of the ticket is 600 euro. The winner can purchase a more expensive ticket but difference will need to be paid by the winner.

  7. The winner can decide when to travel to India if seats are available. However, departure to India will need to be before the 31 of December 2010. After this date the winner can no longer claim the price.

  8. We handle your personal information carefully. Email adresses will not be made public or shared with other parties.

  9. Correspondence about the outcome of the raflle is not possible.

  10. Employees of Seva India Reizen can not participate.

  11. The price can not be converted into cash or swapped for something else.

  12. The ticket can only be booked with Seva India Reizen. It is only possible to fly with Lufthansa.

  13. In case of refusal of the price and the conditions the price will not be given to the winner.

  14. No raflle tax (kansspelbelasting) needs to be paid over prices below €454,- . If the price of the ticket is higher Seva India Reizen will be responsible for the corresponding raffle tax.

  15. The participant agrees that in case of winning the ticket, his name and city of residence will be made public in the media (such as our Seva Reizen website and newsletters).

  16. Seva India Reizen has the right to change these rules and conditions.
